This is the highest governing and representative body. It is made up of all the member companies. The Board. It is responsible for Association management and administration. Its members are chosen by the Assembly. Commissions and Working Groups. They are responsible for specific programmes and activities. The Chairman, the highest representative of the Association. He is elected by the Board from among its members for a period of two years. The Deputy Chairman. Appointed by the Board from among its members. The Secretary. He assists the Chairman. He is appointed by the Board, and could be a person not related to associate companies. The General Manager. He directs Association activities and the permanent office.
